A
3 day class for the professional student that will reveal the
intricacies of lime plaster applications. Lime plaster’s lure lies
in its luminous nature and soft, mottled feel. Its depth and texture
is impossible to replicate with any other medium. With actual ground
limestone and marble dust in the lime putty, the surface literally
becomes a layer of stone. It is mildew resistant, allergy free and a
totally green product!

covered include:
- Proper
substrate prep, tool usage
- Mixing
your own colors - smooth and textured plasters
- Burnishing
techniques to obtain the glass like finish
- Wax
applications to seal your plaster and add incredible depth to
its color
